"Steven Douglass made it so easy to purchase my house. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He always responded whenever I emailed, called or texted him with questions. He really didn't get to negotiate because it's a seller's market, so I paid full prize. However, after the inspection of the home, he did negotate with the sellers on items to be repaired. They didn't agree to do all of the repair items but they did do about half of them."
